Acceptance of Terms
Last updated: 1st July 2025. By accessing or using 01.ventures or 01ventures.com.au (the “Site”), you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must immediately cease using the Site. We may update these Terms at any time; the “Last updated” date at the top will reflect any changes. Continued use after an update signifies your acceptance of the revised Terms.
User Conduct
You undertake to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights or restrict the use of the Site by any third party. You must not: Submit false, inaccurate or misleading information in any form or survey; Tamper with, reverse engineer, hack or otherwise damage or interfere with any part of the Site; Upload or distribute viruses, malware or any code designed to disrupt or impair Site functionality; Harvest or collect personal data of other users without consent; or Impersonate any person or entity, or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with any person or organisation.

All content on the Site - including text, graphics, logos, images, videos, and software - is the property of 01 Ventures or its licensors unless otherwise stated, and is protected by Australian and international copyright, trademark and other IP laws. You may view, download and print pages for your personal, non-commercial use only. Any other use - including reproduction, modification, distribution, transmission, republication, display or performance - of the content is strictly prohibited without our prior written consent.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, 01 Ventures disclaims all representations and warranties, express or implied, regarding the Site and its content, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We will not be liable for any loss or damage - whether direct, indirect, economic, consequential or otherwise - even if foreseeable, arising out of or in connection with your access to, use of, or inability to use the Site. If statutory guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law apply and cannot be excluded, our liability is limited, at our option, to: (a) supplying the services again; or (b) paying the cost of having the services supplied again.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. You submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales and any courts that hear appeals from them in respect of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms.
